All personnel share the same responsibility for safety.<\/p>\n<p>Primary health checkup of production staff, packing personnel and delivery person is carried out everyday. To ensure hygienic practices of the staff, the production area is under continuous surveillance. During secondary preparations, vegetables are cleaned thoroughly and dipped into potable hot water. Indoor air quality is maintained in both primary &amp; secondary preparation areas. Due hygiene care is taken during final food preparation and packing.<\/p>\n<p>We ensure to Sanitize and clean all surfaces, including preparation areas, equipment, storage areas, trash cans, Caf\u00e9 chairs &amp; tables, counter, menu cards etc.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3139&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]Frequently sanitizing every counter, tables, chairs, menu cards etc.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3140&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]Hand sanitization is essential upon entry in the Caf\u00e9 &amp;\u00a0 Bakery.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3146&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]Compulsory temperature check of the delivery person.
