We, at Little French House, make every possible effort to make sure that food safety is always paramount.

Everybody involved in the food supply, right from chef to the helper, from waiter to the delivery person, is required to follow standard food safety procedure. All personnel share the same responsibility for safety.

Primary health checkup of production staff, packing personnel and delivery person is carried out everyday. To ensure hygienic practices of the staff, the production area is under continuous surveillance. During secondary preparations, vegetables are cleaned thoroughly and dipped into potable hot water. Indoor air quality is maintained in both primary & secondary preparation areas. Due hygiene care is taken during final food preparation and packing.

We ensure to Sanitize and clean all surfaces, including preparation areas, equipment, storage areas, trash cans, Café chairs & tables, counter, menu cards etc.

Frequently sanitizing every counter, tables, chairs, menu cards etc.

Hand sanitization is essential upon entry in the Café &  Bakery.

Compulsory temperature check of the delivery person. Because food safety involves everybody in the food chain.
